Condominiums offer fully equipped kitchens, comfortable bedrooms, spacious living room and a great location. Park City is located a short 35 minute drive from the Salt Lake City International Airport. Summer activities include golfing, biking, tennis, hiking, fishing and horseback riding. Winter activities include world class skiing, snowboarding at the Park City Mountain Resort, Deer Valley Resort which is skiing only and the Canyons. Park City also offers terrific shopping and over 80 restaurants ranging from casual dining to haute cuisine. There is a 30.00 USD reservation fee for all reservations.

    Credit card deposit of one night's room and tax is required at time of booking. A $30 one-time reservation fee will be charged to all reservations.

    Cancellation Policy
    04/15-11/01/2005: 15 or more days 75.00USD fee; within 14 days one night fee. 11/02/2005-04/14/2006: 46 or more days 80.00USD fee. 45-31 days fee equal to first nights' lodging fee plus 30.00USD. Within 30 days fee equal to all nights' cost plus tax.
